The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17

If any man be in Christ he is a new creature, old things are passed away and behold all things are become new. Thank God for that special verse. When we give our hearts and lives to Jesus we are no longer the same old people that we were. This doesn't mean that you will not have the same struggles. It means that you have someone to help and be with you in those struggles. Praise The Lord! Jesus Christ took your place and mine on the old rugged cross, that we might have eternal life. For God so loved the World that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

We have a wonderful Saviour who is alive and well in 2008, who still saves, heals, and delivers.
